About our name: Qubbat al-Sakhrah, also known as the Dome of the Rock, is at the centre of the Al-Aqsa mosque compound in Al-Quds. It's beautiful gold dome is framed by the teal and blue tiles that make up the rest of the building. This site is actively being excavated and destroyed by settlers as an attempt to erase significant Palestinian and Islamic sites and history.
